Craig Lamar Davis his now ex-wife Jannalyn “Jan” Breaux Davis, and friend Marica, who sang at their wedding, rumor has it that Craig and Jan had a shot gun wedding at Bishop Paul Sylvester Morton’s orders because of her position in the church as his executive assistant. I hear that Jan allowed Craig to move in while he was still married and her divorce was not yet final either. Just an old fashion case of shacking.
Obnoxious Breaking News!……You will remember I broke the story that Craig Lamar Davis, an elder in Full Gospel Baptist Church was arrested of HIV reckless behavior. He had sex with Ronita McAfee and did not disclose his status to her. Now he was married to Bishop Paul Morton’s executive assistant Jan Breaux and the adjutant to Full Gospel Georgia State Bishop Steven Hall and had sex with his sister-in-law. As rumor has it Bishop Hall’s sister-in-law in fact interacted HIV and pressed charges against Craig in Fulton County, Georgia as well. However, do to her church status and to keep up appearances she did not actively follow through with her case like Ronita did with her case in Clayton County, Georgia.
Ronita McAfee out on the town in Atlanta. Insiders close to Ronita told me she is in talks with the executive producer to be on the new reality show Preachers Exs, which was confirmed during my interview about the upcoming show. The show is a mix of real ex-First Ladies and church whores and two are males. The infamous 5th Accuser Centino and a guy name Kamari this group is totally ratchet and will defiantly act up on TV!
Many may think that Ronita is a bitter church whore that was seeking revenge, but she was more than that she was smart. It was Ronita that had her own investigation and made sure Craig was arrested after church one Sunday when leaving Elizabeth Baptist Church, where he began to attend after he was rebuked by Bishop Hall. It is my understanding that history has been made today in Georgia. Craig Lamar Davis was sentenced to 20 years, must serve 10 and the remaining 10 years he can never have contact with Ronita Macfee or commit another crime .
Bishop Hall’s sister-in-law’s testimony was extremely touching. As tears flowed from her eyes while she told her story that her husband had passed and she fell into sin due to Craig’s charming personality and good looks. Additionally, her being a big girl it was not like she was getting a lot of action. In hindsight that might have been Craig’s MO to get heavy set church girls that were paid. Word is that Tiny’s mother was on the jury and cried a river while the woman was on the stand. Yes! Tiny, rapper T.I.’s soon to be ex-wife mother was on the jury. However, the entire jury was in tears while she was on the stand.

Bishop Paul Sylvester Morton Responds To Mr. Obnoxious Story On The Daughter He Has Denied For Close To Forty Years!!
Read Cannel 2 and the Atlanta Journal Constitution report on the story, which is exactly the same due to their both being owned by Cox Communications. They always call and demand I give the credit, but they never gave me credit when they lifted it from my blog since I broke this story. Just Google it and check the dates. Now I got that off my chest read their details below:

Craig Lamar Davis, 43, sat motionless in a packed courtroom as the jury read guilty verdicts in two counts of reckless HIV, a felony punishable by up to 20 years in prison.

A Clayton County judge sentenced a Stone Mountain man to 10 years in prison for knowingly exposing a woman to HIV.
The sentence imposed by Superior Court Judge Geronda Carter was half of the maximum time Craig Lamar Davis could have faced on the two counts of reckless HIV. A Clayton jury found Davis guilty of the two counts on Jan. 21.
“I’m pleased with the sentence,” said Ronita McAfee, the woman who had brought the case against Davis. McAfee agreed to let her name be used for the story.
“More lives will be saved. No other women or men will be affected by his reckless conduct. “
The case drew worldwide attention after details surfaced on social media about a year ago. He was accused of knowingly exposing McAfee to the virus without telling her. It is the first case of its kind in Clayton County.
Friday, Carter heard from McAfee who told the court the case has deeply affected her and her family. She said she became “depressed and immobile” after learning Davis had the HIV virus. She became so distraught that her oldest daughter in effect became a surrogate mother to her two younger siblings. Her youngest child continues to have psychological problems because, McAfee said, she was too distraught to properly care for her. McAfee also noted she was unable to graduate from college in 2012 because of her inability to focus on anything else but the case. Although she has not tested positive for HIV, she said she is still treated as though she has it. For example, she said she cannot reach over and sample food off of the plates of family members and friends.
All of this could have been avoided, McAfee said, had Davis alerted her to his HIV status.
“He could have sent a text, left his (HIV) medicine out for me to see it, left me a sticky note,” she said in court Friday. “If Mr. Davis had done so in the beginning, I would not have had sex with him at all.”
The judge received a packet of 25 letters supporting Davis. Davis’ 15-year-old son took the stand Friday and told the judge how his favorite pastime was spending time with his father.
“I can talk to him about anything,” the young man told the judge. “Every dream I wanted to have or goal I wanted to reach, he was there. My dad teaches me how to be a man and my faith in God. Not only that, he’s the person I get my good looks from.”
Davis apologized Friday to McAfee and her family and blamed his conduct on “bad decision-making.” Carter sentenced Davis to 10 years on the first count. She added another 10 years on the second count but suspended that sentence unless Davis violates the law.
“We’re pleased,” said Kathryn Powers, deputy chief assistant district attorney. “Hopefully this brings some closure.”
John Turner, Davis’ attorney, said Friday that Carter’s sentence was “excessive” when compared to other recent similar cases. A defendant in a Gainesville case tried in October is serving two years in prison for a similar offense. Just this past weekend, Turner noted that an Iowa judge handed down probation to a man convicted of knowingly exposing a woman to HIV without her knowledge.
But overall Turner said he was happy with Judge Carter’s decision.
“She split the baby in half,” Turner told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Turner said his client isn’t likely to serve the full 10 years behind bars.
Davis still faces a similar court case in Fulton County where it could be heard as soon as next month.
