Obnoxious Breaking News! Everything Is Going Down, But The Word Of God……Well, it is never a full moment in the Grand Old Church Of God In Christ. According to some of good Obnoxious Street Committee snitches it went down today in Milwaukee. Things just did not work with (Auxiliary) Bishop Willie James Campbell submitting to Bishop Darrell Hines as his jurisdictional prelate. It was a well known fact that Campbell wanted to become the bishop of the jurisdiction and even resigned as President of Church Of God In Christ Department of Evangelism to give it a serious run, but it just did not work out for the great preacher.
According to some buzzing phone calls and text messages things got heated and Campbell refused to deal with it any longer. Now a good number of complaints have come to Obnoxious Media attention that the Saints that are in Hines Jurisdiction were upset he held their Holy Convocation in his home city of Milwaukee and the majority of the people are residents of Chicago. Seems tis might not have been a good move.
Well, Campbell as just confirmed via text message with me, Mr. Obnoxious that the rumor is true and he has officially left Bishop Hines and joined Bishop Sedgwick Daniels, a member of the General Board, jurisdiction and the official announcement was made tonight by Daniels on his official day. Now if you are COGIC you know that Darrell Hines and Sedgwick Daniels have been arched rivals his they were young elders. Word is Darrell’s father was the bishop and Sedgwick’s mother the supervisor and it has been a fight between the two since back in the day. Now the two fight over who has the biggest church, most members, success, and who can preach the best. Neither of them attended the other’s convocation. Darrell has serious swagg and is a crazy dresser and Sedgwick is Daddy War-bucks!
